Jake was very collaborative, and his focus was completing the project to our satisfaction. Midway through the work I asked for a couple of changes that were not in the original estimate (storage room and laundry shelving). Zavza added them in at no extra cost. My house is old and presented challenges with regard to the floor and ceiling joists. The crew took the time to do things the right way without shortcuts. Jake came out and worked a full Saturday and Sunday to ensure that the ceiling was right and the project was finished on time. Not many companies take pride in their work like this these days.
