Erick, He is absolutely amazing!!! First of all He came out in the crazy storm and climb up two stories to my roof to assess the damage to my roof. The next day he came on time to Perform the repair on my roof and help me out with the gutters as well. The price is fair, he is very professional, patient and trustworthy !!! I already share his business contact information to my friends and neighbors!!!

Very professional and knowledgeable in roofing. I thought I had to replace my windows but EM certified gave me another solution that was less money and corrected the problem.

This review is long overdue. I've used EM construction for 4 house projects now. Always does great work great prices. Eric is an honest and reliable contractor, that I couldn't recommend more! I will use CM construction again in the future.

excellent communication

Excellent work! Quickly responded to our roof repair call, we had a leak over our extension. Had him totally rip out and replace roofing, re-install skylights and apply sealant all around. He also fixed existing problems with the sidings. He did such an excellent job that we also hired him to replace 4 windows and redo our existing deck. He is such a hard worker and always cleans up the work area each work day. He will also be doing our chimney work as well. Highly recommended!

I give EM construction 5 out of 5 stars! They have been fantastic to work with starting with the initial estimate to the last finishing touches. We started with Eric who gave us our initial estimate and he was super responsive and attentive and laid everything out for us. We remodeled our first floor, added a family room extension, and redid our Roof and siding. Eric was amazing and extremely easy to work with. He was meticulous and oversaw every aspect of the job. He was easy to get a hold of if we had questions. The office staff was easy to work with and everything was planned out and scheduled. We were told the whole job would take 1 month and it was finished on time. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for any other projects that we have!

Eric replaced three aging skylights in our sunroom with newer quality skylights. He restored the shingled roof, replaced some of our cedar siding that had deteriorated, and replaced some of the gutters on the rear of our house. He does quality work and we would hire him again.
