"I believe this was a scam. They arrived. There was almost a $300 estimate before starting the job estimate was never supplied blamed, getting a permit, which other plumber was able to get in less than a day never heard back until I complained still have not received an estimate play they did not wanna do the job and just took the money."

Remi Renato was my project manager and he did a great job of keeping things moving while I vacillated between cost and doing it right. They carried every brick to a tarp and took the old chimney away without a trace. I’m still amazed at the clean up they did . "Chris was originally hired from Angie?s List because he met the criteria to advertise through Angie?s brand. We were going to have him install a forced heat unit in the house, top and bottom floors. He first encouraged us, then later, urged us to utilize our boiler system and replace baseboard heaters . it was feasible and his price was very reasonable. After hiring him and initially giving him $3500 down cash money, he began tearing holes in the ceiling to get the baseboard heater waterlines that burst. He cut twice as many as needed in the basement . He broke two 12 x 24 pieces of porcelain that we just installed. All of the baseboard heaters he has worked on have failed. The boiler he has worked on has failed. The work is all still incomplete and he?s putting our job off now-leaving us with no heat! He will not allow us a copy of his liability insurance for the damage caused. He has not offered to repair or replace the damage and will not give us a receipt."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "All I wanted to do is clean sweep my boiler Chimney, I had their advertisement from magazine promising $125 dollars for FULL CHIMNEY SPECIAL INCLUDING, 12 point inspection, carbon monoxide test, draft test, brush and vacuum. They came Inspected MY CHIMNEY to tell me THAT TOTAL job will cost close to $4500 dollars, I said TO HIM THAT all I need is JUST clean my chimney. They brushed from the top and told me that its finished. I asked him about Carbon Monoxide and draft test, he said he didnt have Carbon Monoxide test with him and it was not on his work order paper and and left my promise. I was not happy with answer at all. When I started my boiler smoke backed it up apparently they did not clean the bottom of the chimney so I immediately stopped my boiler to prevent miserable result, and called them. It was a phone service and told me that they will contact them to come back. I was so mad because my boiler guy was just cleaned the bottom of the chimney the day before for yearly contract I had. Now it was full of sud and debris. They came back and he blamed the new guy who suppose to suck from bottom and didnâ t do what he suppose to do. This time they Cleaned the bottom which they suppose to do in the first place again and left, they were not happy to come back at all. I would never ever do anything with these people, all they do is try to SELL YOU UNRELATED items to your chimney which will be costing THOUSANDS of dollars and it is not true, because I was also in construction business before I retired. Also Their 3 sales people go around the block to sell more stuff to your neighborhood based on your address. Just try to look somewhere else but not THIS PEOPLE, NOT ADV-NY"
