"The contractors were very courteous and did a wonderful job. However, they had a hard time maintaining the appointment dates and times for both the estimate and the actual job. They wound up coming on a different day and time than agreed and when I wasn't home to perform the job. They did contact me and with approval, did the job. It was agreed that they would return for payment, however they have never returned. I'm very satisfied with the job that they did, but I'm not sure what's going on."

"Working with John was very easy and professional. He was easy to get in touch with and followed up with any questions we had. We were concerned about alot of large branches of large trees. He was knowledgeable and guided us what to do. He came with his crew as scheduled despite the rain and got the job done quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. They were not only exceptional in their skill , they cleared away all remnants of the cutting, and the bonus was that they took away some of our left over logs and summer plant debris that was in the yard. .
