Good work and clean up. Pleasure to work with and reasonable.

Not very good. They were 4 hrs late after saying repeatedly they were on their way. They were all hands on deck cutting everything down & then they all left, except for one old man to do all the stumps & roots & cleanup. Totally unacceptable. & he proceeded to do a very crappy job & left way before he was done. Said he'd be back to finish, & of course he never came back. I had to make multiple phone calls & leave crazed message before a whole crew came back to finish. Only after I blew a gasket on them for their shoddy work.

They came out really quick and got the job done. The only thing I did not like was being rushed to pay before the job was even completed

They came fast did a great job and were reasonably priced.

Leo showed up same day as called and did the work professionally and quickly. His workers weâ re friendly, respectful and extremely hard working.

I used this tree service back in March. They did a good job, except that they broke my lamppost. After this recent storm, Isaias, I needed to have one of my trees removed right away because it fell and did some damage to my house, and was blocking my outside electric panel which required repair. I called Leo, mailbox was full, so I sent him a text. His son came by the same day, and gave the price for the job, and asked for a deposit. I gave him a check for the deposit, and said they would be at my house the next day, or the day after. The next day they were a no show. I contacted Leo, and he text me in the evening that he was on his way. Again, no show. The next morning I tried contacting him again using a different phone, he answers and asked me to send him a picture of the tree. He texted me back saying they were on there way. I get home in the afternoon, and again a no show. I had to get my neighbor's chainsaw to remove a couple of the huge branches next to my house so my electrician could do his work the next day. I put a stop payment on the check that I gave Leos son. Leo shows up at my house two days later, and I gave it to him for leaving me in a bind like that. I also reminded him about the money for replacing my lamppost top, so he finally pays me. He says that can still do the job, so his trucks show up within the half hour. I leave, and come back, and they had removed the huge tree, left it all piled up by the curb, and didn't cut down the additional tree that I wanted removed too. I tried contacting him, and again no response. I texted him later the following week because I needed the invoice for my insurance company, and after two texts on consecutive days he finally calls and says he will stop by with the invoice. Again, he is a no show, and a no response. I texted him, and told him that I am not paying him for the work that they did if I don't hear from him. A week goes by, and all I hear are crickets from this guy. I still have a huge uprooted stump to get rid of, and more. This is how you treat a repeat customer? I'm so done with this guy, and his tree company.

Leo called on Saturday morning to come over to give an estimate. He was there in 5 minutes. Called us back in the afternoon to say they would be there Sunday morning at 8:00 am. They were on time and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.

We waited quick awhile before getting a tree stump removed, and I’m glad we did!! These guys had it done in a very short time for a very good price!! Thank you!!

I called Leo in the morning, and he said he would arrive in an hour to give an estimate. He arrived right on time and said he could do the job a couple of hours later as his trucks were nearby. HIs team came and did an amazing job - thorough, professional, fast, perfect clean-up, pleasant, friendly, focused, worked together like a well orchestrated machine - can't say enough positive things. Would rehire and definitely recommend!

Eventhough I kept missing Leo's return calls, he was very persistent and gave me my best estimate. On the agreed-to date, his workers (led by Carlos) arrived and within 2 hours had removed and ground down the stumps of six 15"-24" diameter white pine trees, as well as removing all resulting debris. Part of the problem with trying to schedule an appointment for an estimate through Home Advisor is that the Pro sometimes misses the notification. I've found calling them seems to give better results.

Quick and very competitive estimate. Crew worked extremely hard to take down a difficult tree that was 5 from my neighbors fence, with their pool just beyond that. Would definitely use them again.

Leo came by to give me an estimate for removing 2 large trees in the backyard and grinding the stumps. He provided the best price out of 4 estimates. The day there were coming it rained that morning so i figured it would be rescheduled. Instead, they came by around 2pm and completed most of the job by 6pm. They had to come by the next day to load the rest of the tree and grind down some large roots that remained. Make sure to let them know if you do or don't have sprinkler or gas pipes in the back yard otherwise they won't chance grinding down large roots to avoid potentially major issues which i don't blame them. That's the only reason they had to come back. Leo personally came back and marked the roots after i assured him no pipes were in the area. Great communication and great job. Leo also gave us recommendations for other contractors for small projects we were looking to do.

We give Home the job to remove the tree, He scheduled for Sunday 8am .when Sunday came, he told me 1 pm. At 1 pm he did not call me to say what had happened.When i called him,the phone ring. Then called the second time ,then he turned his phone off. I took time of from work just to make sure thet job is done correctly but now I took a loss. Worse tree company to work with. Unreliable.

Leo returned our call and showed up the day after the Noreaster hit and saved most of our trees instead of taking them out. The crew was on time and did a great job. Would highly recommend using Leo's Tree Experts. They were very professional and have all the trucks for the job.
