They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. Called him and he timely showed up the next day for the estimate. Quoted the fee (didn't know if it was high or low) and said his team could do the tree trimming job the next day, so I went with him. He was very professional and thorough during the estimate visit. Erick and his team promptly showed up the next day and banged out a pretty decent sized job in under three hours. Erick remained on site and supervised all facets of the job. He asked for my input when needed. With the extensive amount of equipment needed and the number of staff members used, it became clear the fee charged was definitely reasonable.
