"NONE OF THE JOB CHOICES ABOVE SUIT MY SITUATION !! I hired Four Winds Masonry and Chimney to make repairs to my chimney. The job was done at the appointed time, done quickly, done safely and in the best standards of the trade. The gentlemen that did the job were friendly, respectful, and receptive to my questions, and knowledgable in their answers. They were flexible in identifying work that did or did not need to be done. The initial estimate was a broad "time and materials" estimate. What might be called a "ballpark" estimate. The final price was at the lowest price of the estimate. I am very pleased !! "I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

"ALERT ??????? DO NOT HIRE SHAMROCK CHIMNEY We hired Shamrock to repair our chimney after it was identified as the source of a roof leak. The work was done improperly, and the leak continued. Two independent roofers later confirmed the poor workmanship. Shamrock agreed to return, but the follow-up visit was unprofessional and dismissive. The leak continued after additional rain, causing more interior damage. We were given conflicting explanations, missed appointments, and were ultimately told the issue wasn?t covered despite a ?10-year warranty.? Our refund request for the $1,600 we paid was denied, and we were told to stop contacting the company. We had to pay other professionals to fix what should have been done correctly the first time. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Shamrock."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "1/31/2024 We had 7 feet of snow in the middle of the month here in West Seneca An unfortunate consequense of that was that the melting snow on the roof turned into VERY heavy icicles and when they came down, they took down the gutter system that Black Rock installed in 2021. I called Black Rock to see if it could be replaced and to have the roof examined. They got out here "same day" and replaced the gutter the very next day. Not only swift service, but professionally done. And the guys were Super friendly. Highly recommend Black Rock Roofing. Andrew Ryan"
