Kevin quoted a very reasonable price, for the project which included a start and end date, for the job. The project was started and finished within the scheduled time. Kevin is excellent with communicating what is going to happen, on the project, on a regular basis. He also answers any question you may have during the course of the job. His people are very professional and skilled, at all aspects of the project. In addition to the construction Kevin also handled all of the paper work including filing the plans, which we had already prepared, through to delivery of the C of O. Kevin also provided additional value, to the project, which just made it better, at no extra cost. We are very pleased with our new 3 season room and highly recommend Kevin Babcock, General Contractor."

It took about 21/2 wks.His workers really knew there job. I tried other companies and never got a call back !mr. One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I've had these things replaced. My rep John was awesome, he was professional, friendly and accommodating, and was able to work with me on the spot vs. "I have to check back to the owners" which I got from other companies. John was readily available by phone, text, and in person. He walked me through all the steps, timelines, and the whole process. After the crew finished, he took my list of 'nit-pick' things and made sure they were addressed. Overall I am satisfied with the job, In fact, we recommended them to our neighbors who hired them to do their siding this Spring."

"In 2024I hired pro. Solutions to build a back deck with an extension. I asked them to rebuild my front porch, and I put a fence around my yard. They are a scam artist. They outsourced my work to another company. They barely came to work. They told me I had to wait a year later to stained and sealed. The wood April of 2025I started calling them. I got a hole to Guy he said that he would have someone come out and start the work. No one came here until August of 2025. They sent one guy, 15 gallon bucket of something that wasn't even the color nor was it stain and seal the guy Joey, it took a month. He was here 3 days within that month. And then get half of the fence done, Dennis never answered my calls. I called him over and over again to where they even knew my telephone number and they wouldn't answer the phone so I called for my husband's phone, and then they stopped answering his phone calls. This company is a piece of s***. Do not do not hire them"
