"Víctor from Chimney Needs USA was great!! We needed a cleaning of our boiler and dryer vent flue. The chimney sweeps were so polite and kept everything very clean. I asked them to check my fireplace, as well. They performed an inspection of the whole chimney and said it was in good shape. Fast service and great prices too!! Thanks Victor."

"I looked on HA for a chimney sweep at midnight last night. I got a call from Paramount @ 8:30 am. Team was at my house before noon! Cleaned the boiler flue and inspected the fireplace all for just $89. Team was very courteous and did a great job. 10/10 would use again"

"When I called late on a Sunday night I received a call back and was told the service is 24/7. We set up an appointment for inspection and cleaning of the chimney. The worker arrived and did a quick inspection and said the chimney did not need to be cleaned and was in good condition and he would not feel right charging the $100 fee and we should just give him a good review. Exceptional honesty and professionalism and we will certainly plan to use the service in the future."

"I've been using Alpine since we moved into our home four years ago. Joe and his team are always very professional, respectful, friendly, and courteous every time they are here. Although they are only here once a year, Joe remembers intricate details about my chimney system. His attention to detail always makes me feel that he cares about each and every customer. I highly recommend Alpine Chimney to anyone who is looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional chimney cleaning and repair company."
