Marcelo at RJM Best Roofing did an excellent job on my Flat Roof. He and his crew installed a new EPDM roof on our home extension, fixing our leak problem. They did the job in one day! Fast! It looks great. His estimate was very reasonable, and he stayed on budget. During the roof work we discovered a Window needed to be replaced, so his crew were back that same week to replace it with a brand new vinyl window (also completed in one day), and helped install an new A/C unit! Super nice guy, easy to work with. His response time is very fast! He was able to help me on short notice. I will recommend him to everyone.

Marcelo responded very quickly to my contacting his business to clear the gutters at my house, as we had a lot of material clogging them and causing run over and water pooling around the house the last time it rained heavily. He and his guys came on a very hot afternoon, worked hard and had all my gutters and some downspouts unclogged and cleaned within a couple of hours. Excellent work and I would highly recommend him and his business for gutter cleaning.

This vendor arrived promptly as scheduled and exceeded the scope of the agreed-upon project without requesting any additional fees. The work was of excellent quality and completed to a high standard. I would confidently utilize their services again in the future.

Marcello and his team were phenomenal at our our house replacing shingles to repair the roof leak and cleaned the gutters and downspouts perfectly. He will be back here with other projects in the future.

Fast and competent

Marcello and his team met me at the site within 2-hours of my post to repair a few roof shingles. Since I had some extra shingles here they were able to complete the roof repair and inspection immediately. They tar patched a few additional loose nails and cleaning a couple of gutters/leaders - all within an hour or two at a very reasonable cost. Would absolutely recommend and use use again in the future.

Marcelo and his crew did a fantastic job removing and replacing my roof shingles, adding chimney flashing and doing some stucco repair as well. A detailed contract was written up, permits were obtained and communication was clear and consistent. The crew was respectful and the job site was set up and cleaned nicely when done. Marcelo arrived early, and swiftly completed cleaning out our very messy gutters. He picked up and took with him, all the dirty leaves, and seedlings that were beginning to form. We will use him again, in the fall.

They did great job with my patio roof replacement and gave me 10years warranty. When I had minor leak near older skylight windows Marcello came and made repair under the warranty.

They did a great job in fixing our chimney leak! Marcello diagnosed the cause of the leak and explained the fixes to me thoroughly. He was very good at communication when he needed to reschedule the job due to weather reasons. Over the years, we've hired multiple companies to investigate and fix the chimney leakage. This is the best company both in terms of quality of work and the price. Highly recommend.

After finishing the initial project, I asked Marcelo to come back with a special situation. There were wasps forming nests in the exterior wall. He helped me take down siding to allow me to spray pesticide more easily. He doesn’t have to do this for me, as he might risked being stung. Despite being stung a few times, he managed to help me take the siding down. A week later, he comes back to help me put siding back. He is a great professional and go above and beyond to help past customers like me. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a roofer!
