"Victor is very professional and a warm hearted gentleman. We are new owners of a home that used the fireplace extensively. There was a strong and lingering odor of ash. Victor at Chimney Sweeps pencilled us in quickly and came on time. He and his worker performed a professional job, wasting no time and completing everything efficiently. Care was taken so as not to leave any dirt on the floors. He diagnosed the situation and shared how long ago since the old owners cleaned the chimney. I heartily recommend Chimney Needs USA. S.L. Burstein"
