A few years ago I engaged the services of LT Home Improvement LLC to replace the roof of my home that was damaged by a windstorm. Having reviewed other competitive quotes, I chose LT Home Improvement because of the comprehensiveness in detail and scope of work they would perform. Luis and his team completed the work on schedule and adhered to and maintained a high level of environmental safety. I was very happy with quality of his workmanship. He and his workers were professional in every way.

I have never had a better group of men that did a fantastic job. They replace all the plywood, new facer boards, new roof vents, all new copper flaming. They even fixed rotten wood around my chimney. I would hire the company again in a heartbeat. Great job well done.

Luis and the LT Improvement LLC team did a FABULOUS job on our roof! We had reached out to Luis to trouble shoot the issues (staining on our interior cathedral hall ceiling) with the new roof we had installed 6 months prior (November 24, 2021) from a company out of Bethel. CT, that did not stand by their warranty. He spent 45 minutes inspecting the roof, and he was the only roofer out of 3 to figure out what the prior company did wrong. To our horror we needed a new roof, skylight and eventually found out all the plywood on the roof needed to be replaced. Luis provided us with a timely contract, arrived on time and worked long days in the hot August sun. He kept us updated with pictures of the problems he found on our roof (rotted plywood, old shingles that were not removed and several other issues). The quality of workmanship that Luis and his team performed on our roof is amazing! He is knowledgeable, creative and an extremely talented craftsman. He truly goes above and beyond and treated our home as if it was his own. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Luis and his team. They arrived on time and cleaned up daily. The service he provided gave us peace of mind. I cannot more strongly recommend Luis and the LT Improvement team. Don’t make the mistake we did, go for the best-of-the best the first time!

Luis was very helpful in providing emergency service to remedy a damaged roof from a storm and resulting leaks. He came back later on to complete the work which included roofing, gutters, and siding. The work is high quality with significant copper detail. It was completed timely with minimal disruption. The work area was cleaned when completed. Luis is very professional. I would certainly call him again.

Luis was a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail is what I liked the most. We had a lot of rotted wood on the house, which he replaced, his craftsmanship was impeccable. The roof looks great and I would definitely hire LT Home Improvement again. LTHI also installed new gutters which look great! They are wider than what we had, and they work much better than what we had - due to the steep pitch on our roof. We are very happy.

Luis and his team did a great job in understanding the project, creating the gutters onsite, and installing with an eye to keeping our surrounding plantings healthy and undisturbed. Luis was attentive and professional. My new roof is just beautiful ! He came when he said he would and did all work in a timely manner. I am so happy with his work and have asked for an estimate to have new aluminum siding installed.

It went well. More work was required than originally planned, but trust and believe that it was the best course of action. Felt comfortable with Luis' attention to detail and conscienceness. He thoroughly inspected the roof before supplying an estimate. He was patient in the selection process. He seems to take pride in his work and wants to do the job the right way. It was a big job !! LT Home Improvement did great work. My wife and I were impressed by Luis and his team !! It turned out that most of the old plywood roof needed replacement, too. Plus, the domed dormer was quite a carpentry challenge. We are completely satisfied with the great result. LT rebuilt our roof !! The team worked long and hard (the Luis, too !!) -- skilled wood work and copper crafting. Clean up each day. Luis explained everything in his detailed proposal. Just a really great company to work with.

Luis was courteous, prompt, responsive and professional. The work was done to our satisfaction and we plan to use him again for other projects.

Luis knows what he's doing and he and his team do excellent work. Luis responds quickly to calls or emails if you have any problems and is quick and happy to help resolve them. Cost seemed fair to me and also understands budget and will work with you to do what can be done. I plan on using LT again and recommend Luis Tintin.
