509 I called them at nine o'clock. Described the situation. Water from the washing machine was bubbling up in the laundry room sink. Their service person came before ten o'clock and snaked out the line. He cleaned up all the mess before he left. Great service, great responsiveness.

Had a Main drain line clogged so kitchen sink dishwasher and washing machine were all backing up into the slop sink in the laundry room. We have used Raffa Plumbing before and will continue to use them as the are honest, professional and reliable.
I needed a part for my sink, and called around with no luck. Feuersenger told me to take a photo of the part and my sink and bring it in, which I did, and they gave me the replacement part for free. I had never used them before, but they still didn't charge me.
