Frank was great explained everything he did and gave an itemized invoice that also explained everything. Was neat and cleaned up after doing the service. Which normally I always had to do the cleanup. Sink is now working great and no leaks. Fantastic finally after 4 yrs. Should have contacted them sooner. They did work previously but wasn't home when service was performed.

Chris was a genuine person from the second he stepped in our house, he was very helpful and explained what he was doing until we understood. It was a very upsetting time for us and he was very comforting in letting us know he was going to fix the problem the right way. A leak under our concrete slab in the kitchen turned into having to change our pipes so they were no longer underground. But now I know we won't have the same issue again. I trust Chris and definitely recommend him!!

Rapid Plumbing was very responsive and Frank III was quick to isolate the problems and just as fast at correcting the issues. Frank explained everything and was very professional. It's been over a month and all is well. I would recommend this company.

THEY WEREN'T INEXPENSIVE, BUT THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK FOR THE PRICE. THEY GOT EVERYTHING DONE IN A DECENT AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY WERE VERY POLITE DURING THE SERVICE AND HAD GOOD CONVERSATION SKILLS.
