He recommended that we have a contractor come out to look at that because our floor is compromised from a leaking shower pan. He is not only professional but also extremely pleasant. When he presented his bill for the time that he was here and the repairs he made I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. We have had plumbers here many times over the 3 decades we have lived in the house and I expected the bill to be twice as much. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Cavoto to anyone and he will be our plumber of choice in the future.

The referral to this company was from a friend and neighbor who is in the plumbing supply business. When I phoned, I received a call back within a couple of hours, and a promise to set a scheduled appointment the next day. Keith called the next day as promised, make the appointment and showed up on time. He promised a written, emailed estimate for his plumbing portion of the job as well as an estimate for the demolition work, the carpentry and the tiling.

We were pleased with both the plumber and his referral and gave them both additional tasks while on the job. Pricing for the extras was fair, and the job was completed with no lost tempers, or misunderstandings.
