He helped us renovate our primary bathroom (completely, down to the studs and completely changing the layout), created a main floor laundry room, and an extra bedroom. Emile provided a comprehensive estimate, which was accurate, and he finished the entire job within the agreed upon time frame within the estimate. His crew were complete professionals, polite, and did excellent work. We could not be happier with the results and our new spaces. The rooms are beautiful. He went above and beyond in all respects, even when I decided to make changes to the design along the way, he was able to roll with them and told me how much various options would cost and other pros and cons of those options (tiling the whole bathroom vs partial, heated floors or no, different types of fixtures, etc)."

"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Constantly receive compliments on the impressive finished product of our newly renovated apartment that is ready to move in."

"In May of 2021 Bart of Black Rock Construction renovated my small master bathroom. He did a meticulous and fabulous job. His crew were outstanding. Bart arrived at 8:00 am, just as promised and he and his crew worked tirelessly. They prepared the area, removed the existing ï¬ xtures and tile and removed all the debris. They created a new tile walk-in shower, laid a new tile ï¬ oor and installed a new vanity. The tile master, Thadeus, was amazing. He is a true artist. He created the tile walls using tile I had purchased and it looks beautiful. The grout lines are tiny and perfect. The shower ï¬ oor is the stand-out. Thadeus arranged the tiles in a very pleasing pattern. Thadeus also created a niche in the shower. He edged the niche with small trim tiles. Iâ ve seen this treatment in other bathrooms, but Thadeus mitered the corners of the tiny pieces and arranged surrounding tile so that all the grout lines lined up. Who does that? Details, details, details. Wow! The job took three days. At the onset, the crew laid down protective coverings on my bedroom ï¬ oor, covered furniture, and took great care with my antiques. As they worked, they made very little mess. They were organized, meticulous and with each stage of the job, and did outstanding work. I couldnâ t be happier with the project. Itâ s even better than I had envisioned. This crew are detailed oriented. Every aspect from prepping the area, waterprooï¬ ng the walls and shower ï¬ oor, installing all the tile, installing the vanity and trim and painting is perfect. I recommend them highly. Everything they did was top shelf and the highest quality. These gentlemen were delightful to work with. They value excellence and I couldnâ t be happier!"
