This was the second time I had Jim Reed take on a project at my home. Jim removed a 30+ year old sink, faucet, plumbing etc. and installed a new sink and faucet, and all new plumbing underneath. He tested everything before he left to make sure there were no leaks and so far so good. He made it clear he would return if there were any issues with his work. Jim was up front about his pricing the first time he did a job here so I was expecting the price he ended up charging me. Very professional friendly and gets the job done.

Went well. Avoided long term Crisis. I thought labor was a bit expensive but arrived ahead Nog schedule, great attention to detail, professional, obtained necessary supplies and completed task with 3.5 hours.

Jim Reed is a pro. Gave me an estimate over the phone (small job) and showed up on time a week later as scheduled. Fixed the issue in half an hour and was on his way. Will be calling Jim in the future!!

This is the 2nd time I've had Jim over the house. He's a great guy, Quality guy and quality work. He's our plumber, end of story. If you want someone that will be respectful, knowledgeable and fair then call Jim. Highest of recomendations.

Jim, who was off that day, answered my call, and was able to be at my home in 20 minutes. He installed the faucet, and then turned to the clog. Jim tried mightily to clear the drain through simple means, but it needed to have some pipes disconnected and snaked. It turned out to be a much bigger job than anticipated, but Jim persevered and solved the problem. We both agreed that the faucet didn't look right, and after Jim left, my wife and i explored the pictures and decided it was installed a bit crooked. I called Jim and left a message, expecting to hear from him the following day, but imagine my surprise when he returned my call at 7:30 PM. We arranged for him to return this morning at 7:30 to fix the faucet. Jim showed up bright and early this morning to fix the faucet which is now correct!

I calculated that the annualized salary of the work performed x $ amount charged = $1.4 million annual salary, but hey, when you have a toilet full of *Ugh* you will pay whatever it takes. Emailed Reed P&H late Tuesday night. He responded right away, and plan was made for me to pick up a faucet and for him to come at 10:00 a.m. the Weds before Thanksgiving. All went like clockwork. We had a new faucet and the holiday was saved. While he was here, he also replaced a broken cartridge in our master bath sink - had the part on his truck.

Our plumber, Jim Reed, was always here when we needed him. He would even stop by when he was waiting on another tradesman to finish to check for any questions or potential issues. Jim was always pleasant and stayed calm and positive, which was very much appreciated since we'd demolished half of our home and were occasionally feeling overwhelmed. Jim was always friendly and respectful of the other contractors, setting the tone for everyone working on the project. Jim returned calls promptly and kept us well-informed as he efficiently worked his way through the addition. Jim was practically the first contractor here (setting us up with a temporary kitchen) and the last contractor here (installing our new kitchen sinks on Christmas Eve morning (since the granite countertops had just been installed the day before and we were instructed to wait 24 hours to install the sinks), allowing us to cook Christmas Eve dinner for our extended family of 25. Here we are more than 8 months later and we have not had a single issue with any of our new plumbing or heating! I highly recommend our plumber, Jim Reed, to anyone in need of a plumbing installation or repair.

Jim was prompt to respond, available on short notice, arrived when promised, pleasant, friendly, courteous and fixed our issues perfectly. The work was done in an hour for a reasonable price, I was thrilled.

Jim is a gentleman and a skilled professional.  He fixed our garbage disposal so that it functions like new.  He also examined our broken steam shower and did all of the research needed to identify the appropriate replacement unit.  He's also been easy to reach by phone, which is rare these days.

He kept exploring possible causes of the leak until he found the problem. He was able to fix because he had a particular and unusual part with him. He was very friendly and we'd use him again.
