Very clear and transparent contract and communication, fast scheduling, work finished on time, Expert paving work, which was not easy, with a phenomenal team, including Angel and Junior. Every step along the way, they communicated progress and asked for my opinion if there were further choices to be made. They installed a beautiful 850 sf feet backyard patio, landing and path to the front door, new French drain, flower bed with Belgian blocks, built-in BBQ area, and repaired walls of a greenhouse. Everything was done perfectly. Cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a skilled, honest, and hardworking contractor, look no further than Bergin Property Management."

"Mark the owner came to do the estimate. He supervised & worked through the whole job. This was a substantial parking lot and he completed the work quickly. Three things where performed: Paving of the full lot, another separate section sealed and parking lines painted. It was all done impeccably. I would recommend hiring Mark s paving knowing with full confidence that person would be very satisfied."

"The service turned out fair. They patched the stairs, but it was more of a selling point. It was a big thing why we should have all this work done. I didn't pay anything more than the $99 for the big deal. I think they were looking for big jobs at expensive rates, and today's economy is not looking for that. I think most homeowners  are looking for big deals and would buy the services, if they were reasonable, but they were not. They were alright, it's just that they had a very big sell thing, and it just wasn't what we were looking for. We were looking to replace some stairs, and they were quoting over $1000. They do very nice work though if you have the money. Their punctuality was very good. I doubt I would use their services, because they scared me with the pricing."
