"Anton came the same day I called, gave me an estimate (extremely reasonable given my rush) and was ready to start the work next day. The extensive repairs were finished within 2 days and the room looked better than when it was brand new. They worked very long hours and actually did more than we've agreed on originally, just to make sure everything looked great. Anton and his guys cleaned up after themselves and there was absolutely no damage I usually expect from contractors, like scratches on the hardwood floors, doors, etc. I'm very pleased with the work and professionalism. Will definitely use them again."

"It went great. Contractor, AMC Interiors, Alex, showed up when arranged. Alex and his team came prepared. They asked lots of questions throughout the process to make sure they got it right. They did extensive work gutting both rooms, replaced windows, had to level floors, install new flooring, plumbing, electrical, cabinets and appliances. They were open to suggestion and made valuable suggestions. While they were here we started the "might as wells", when you have a good contractor you hang on to them. We did our upstairs bedroom, spare room, office and part of our living room in shiplap. Their attention to detail was appreciated. I am a stickler for detail and they surpassed my expectations. Our home is 75 year old half round log and they made the siding they had to replace outside match perfectly. It is difficult having people around your house for extended periods of time but AMV Interiors was a pleasure to have around. They were respectful. Did not use inappropriate language and had fun while they worked. It made it easier to have people around the house. AMV Interiors was simply great. They worked safely. Cleaned up and left things in order ever day. They hauled away all the debris everyday and when they left the place was clean and ready to use. "I was once told by a master stair builder that if you want to evaluate a general contractors work, look in the dumpster at the job site for an excessive amount of used caulk tubes indicating that they are covering up mistakes. Recently we completed a very challenging project that required the excavation under our old seasonal home in conjunction with a significant 2-story addition. After interviewing three reputable and recommended contractors, we decided to work with Dave Nessel, owner of Unique Construction. Dave presented a clear concise estimate of the scope for the work proposed, the costs we should expect and a timeframe for completion; all proved to be very accurate. We were able to get museum quality pieces for both homes at unbelieveable discounts. Inson also continues to provide important follow up services as needed. For example, we had a fabric issue with our 40 outdoor chairs that developed after the warranty. The cost to change would have been tens of thousands of dollars but the manufacturer handle the out of warranty issue at no cost to us, which I believe was due to inson’s relationship and advocacy on our behalf. He’s terrific."
