Poor communication and fail to show up to a job.

Great job completed. Did it on time and was on scene for the whole project. Retaining wall was put in at a record speed. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend.

We hired Baker Land Worx to clear and grade about 2 acres of overgrown property behind our home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to project completion, their team was professional and knowledgeable. John came out for the estimate and really took the time to understand what we wanted. He pointed out some drainage issues we hadn't even noticed and suggested solutions that saved us from future problems. The quote was competitive and transparent - no hidden fees or surprises. The crew showed up on time every day and worked efficiently. They cleared all the brush, removed several dead trees, and regraded the entire area. What impressed me most was how they protected the mature trees we wanted to keep and minimized damage to the surrounding landscape. The only minor issue was that the project took a day longer than initially estimated due to finding more rock than expected, but they communicated this immediately and didn't charge extra for the additional time. They left the site clean and even spread grass seed in the areas we discussed. Six months later, everything is growing beautifully and the drainage is working perfectly. I've already recommended them to two neighbors and will definitely use them again for our next project.

Trees were planted a nd care for them explained. Joe was informative about other landscape needs i have. He is efficient and provided the work needed in a timely manner. He's a keeper for all the landscaping I need .
