"We really cannot give enough positive feedback about James Walsh and his very competent and pleasant crew! Our concrete front steps were in dire need of a facelift. We decided to add bluestone treads and brick risers. Our first dilemma was that the facade of our home was “used brick” and we weren’t sure how to match it as best as possible. James told us what to look for and sent us to his contact at a local brickyard to be sure we’d be satisfied with our choice. After selecting bricks, he sent us to another place to choose bluestone and pavers. He carefully explained all the choices we had for filling the “field” on the landing, i.e. whether to use thermal bluestone or pavers and the pluses and minuses of each. From there he helped us to change the design of our front walk (previously cement) and design a walkway in the back of our home from our deck to the driveway. James was fairly priced and accessible for questions before the job and as it proceeded. His crew showed up on time each day and worked carefully, neatly, and diligently. The job was completed on time and looked nicer than we could have anticipated. Our neighbors all came over to compliment the work. On top of everything, James has a great sense of humor and is delightful to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable about his craft. We would not hesitate to recommend him and hire him again. I thought I needed a new driveway and he explained that I would very easily be satisfied with only a resurfacing, which cost quite a bit less (though he was willing to do either). His quote was instant and fair (I checked online afterward to see what the range of cost was). His team came when they said they would; they were again very polite and EXTREMELY efficient. They were in and out in less than 3 hours. I have some sidewalk masonry planned and I will absolutely look to these guys first to do it."

"Project Details: I had a couple flagstones that had come loose from my concrete walkway and wanted to get them replaced before this winter's snow started. Review: Luis contacted me same-day that the request went out. He came by my property to review the project later that day. After providing a verbal estimate he told me that he could get it taken care of the following morning. He arrived the next morning on-time and completed the work within 3hrs and included filling some cracks with concrete for no additional charge. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board was that he tried to upsell me on ripping out and replacing the whole walkway for a while before I explained I just wanted to repair. I will likely hire him again for future concrete work and actually have asked him to quote me on a retaining wall replacement."
