Pat Tapia, the owner of B-Dyson Electric, came the very next morning to assess the damage and review what needed to be done to install/re-attach the cable according to code so that my electric company could restore power by that evening. He explained what needed to be done and acted quickly to get the "emergency" electrical work permit from the County as well as getting the necessary equipment (which thankfully was in stock), to do the job.
