They replaced a dimmer switch and a couple of other outlets. Fernando updated the switch on the electric baseboard heat in my basement. I asked him to quickly check a ceiling fan and bathroom fans which were inoperative. He gave specific info on what replacements I needed to purchase for the next time I call them to update these items. Very knowledgeable and patient young men who answered my many questions!"

The work I wished to have completed was not urgent so short wait was fine. I think that an emergency would have elicited an immediate service call. The electrician dispatched to my home was punctual.
