Justin scheduled my tree removal twice, and failed to show up twice. Now, I understand things can interfere with this type of service - weather, or other jobs demanding more time than expected. What was disappointing was the lack of communication from Justin. He failed to call or text when he missed the appointments. So, I reached out to him - The first time he said he forgot to put my job in his appointment calendar, the second time he said said he had "a few issues come up" and the weather wasn't cooperating. Really disappointing service and lack of professionalism.

WAS hasty in giving HIghland Tree a bad reveiw because of a miscommunication regarding start date. Justin and his crew more then made up for the issue. they did a fantastic job and I would not hesitate to call them again . They trimmed a large maple tree away fro our house and left the area spotless.

Justin and his crew were great. He got back to me immediately when I reached out for a quote, and he was extremely reasonable. He removed 3 very large pine trees from our yard, and took everything away. These trees were very close to our fence and shed, and nothing was damaged when he worked. He left the area cleaner than when he arrived and even picked up anything that went into our neighbors yard. I highly recommend Justin and his crew for any tree removal you may need.

I contacted Highland Tree Services because they were highly rated. I needed trimming on all three sides of my back yard due to neighbors’ tree branches hanging over my fences, and my Japanese Maple needed to be trimmed and thinned. Justin came for an estimate and noticed a problem at the crotch of the maple which he treated when he came back to do all the work. Justin and Dan were pleasant and professional and worked very hard in hot, humid weather for hours. All trimmings were removed and put through their chipper. I would recommend Highland for any kind of tree service you might need.

These are the guys you want to hire for your tree service. Justin and his crew are quick, efficient, respectful of the properties they're working on and go above and beyond - all while offering extremely reasonable pricing. There are a lot of options out there for tree service, but these guys are a tier above the rest because they take genuine pride in their work and aren't just trying to make a quick buck. Happy to say they'll be my go-to for tree/property service in the area.

Justin was great doing our tree trimming and was very personable and respectful. He responded very quickly to our request and was able to schedule us quickly as well. He also took the time to educate us about what was happening and answered all of our questions.

Justin returned my call same day when others never even bothered to do so. He Came out a day or two later to give us a estimate and options on 2 really old maple trees and one that had a huge branch come down that left a whole in the tree. Were repairing that tree Justin and his crew worked fast....so fast he gave me a break on the quote... I definitely will use highland tree service again I highly recommend them!!
