Suggested to check the boiler chimney and cleaned that one also. Removed the damper which most other never do. Cleaned up and was done within an hour."

"Could not have been better. Bob the owner and his team could not have been nicer or more professional. They could have easily convinced me I needed a new unit for around $5,000 a $6,000. (Combo units are expensive). But they took the time to do research, contact the tech staff at the manufacturer, and fixed my unit as good as new with a simple valve replacement at a fraction of the cost of a new unit. These guys are honest and do top notch work."

"APV did a great job. We needed 2 gas stoves cleaned out and updated in our new home (they may never have been cleaned) and also fixed the thermostats that run them. They also installed a new hard-pipe dryer vent that will be easy to clean out, cleaned all of our vent-work (that took all day itself) and installed a new custom vent where there was only a dummy vent before.
Overall, they spent 2.5 non-consecutive days at our home, and we engaged them for the each piece separately.
