In 2021, we moved into an old farmhouse with ten fireplaces, some of which must have been used heavily but none had been serviced properly for a very long time. Rob and his team led by Jim started the project of cleaning the chimneys, fireplaces, and dampers of our property in the most thorough way. This company is FANTASTIC. A tree fell and severely damaged our chimney during Tropical Storm Isaias. The owner Rob responded immediately, secured area to prevent further damage to roof and deck, and provided an extremely fair, detailed estimate. He assured us that he would make himself available to insurance adjuster, and provide whatever was needed, to settle our claim. We were so impressed with him that we hired him on the spot. His crew was on the property that Monday, as promised. They were professional, friendly, & left property cleaner than they found it. Jim kept everything super organized & explained all work as it progressed. Bill is a true master, my new chimney is beautiful. (And he has the most interesting stories to tell! Ask him about restorations he has done and all the cool materials he has worked with). Bobby and Mo worked hard, and always with a smile. We will be calling this company back in Fall to replace inside firebox and service gas log set. They have a customer for life, we would never consider using anyone else for our fireplace and chimney needs. Great work guys, thanks.

This company is the BEST. I had a double sided fireplace filled in on one side, because it was not a true double sided fireplace and did not work correctly. I also had them install a new fireplace door, and it is gorgeous. I let Rob pick what he thought would look best. A+. These guys are awesome, and I highly recommend.

Project: Removed existing Wood Fire inserts and changed to Gas fire Insert. Rob was prompt on time and extremely professional, knowledgeable on all gas fire inserts.He also explained how it works and best part NO pressure,explained every detail what we needed to know to make the right choice and all options on how we proceed. He even promptly answered all the doubts we had either through phone or email without hesitation. After a month of clarifying everything,the gas fire insert finally installed and the installers were great.We highly recommend this company to anyone.

Robert Did a fantastic Job, he was great!

My gas fireplace logs weren't functioning. I called Quality Fireplace and Robert clearly explained what the problem could be. Robert and Phil arrived when they said they would, quickly and professionably serviced the unit and it is now working fine again. I was told ahead of time what the cost for the service would be and there were no "surprises". Quality Fireplace came on time, completed the service neatly, fixed the problem, and the cost was very reasonable. What more can you ask for? I'll be using them in the future for my annual maintenance.
