"Showed up in time and covered the area by my fireplace before they began cleaning it. They took their time to clean it. Tommy then offered free of charge to inspect my oil burner system. "Jason showed up within the time frame given. Explained scope of work. Also complimented the work that was performed by another company. Which is very rare. Suggested to check the boiler chimney and cleaned that one also. Removed the damper which most other never do. Cleaned up and was done within an hour."

"Very thorough, informative, and cost-conscious. They called 20 minutes before they arrived and arrived on time. Checked out the fireplace and oil burner chimneys. Provided proposal on repairs and maintenance while also explaining in detail the reasons for the repairs/maintenance. Cost estimates were reasonable.

"Oscar and his crew not only repaired a crack in the fireplace but he found that previous workers from another company didn t connect the attic furnace to the chimney. And that the exhaust pipe for the hot water heater had rusted . So he and Alberto were able to repair everything with absolutely no mess."

"I think they need to plan better for their workmen to get to site. It might be a one off but we had a van come from Bethpage out to Yonkers, when there is more than one office in the NY area...Friendly and professional and thorough. We ended up paying more than we thought but the chimney hadn't been looked at in quite a while by the previous owners, and there was obvious physical deterioration. They sorted everything including exterior brickwork and left the place tidy. I was pleased with the result."
