My only complaint was that the appt time was changed 3 times before the final request from Shamrock, at 5:30 p.m., asking if we could be the first appt of the day, 9-10 a.m. They showed up at 2:30-3:00 p.m. I had to call Shamrock at noon to ask if we still had an appt. They replied now the previous job was not finished. Why would I get a call at 5:30 p.m. the day before to request if I could be the 1st appt of the day? Our afternoon plans were cancelled that day. I have no complaint of how job was completed but then I can't see the chimney cover being screwed in place. I guess I should have for a before & after picture."

(Combo units are expensive). But they took the time to do research, contact the tech staff at the manufacturer, and fixed my unit as good as new with a simple valve replacement at a fraction of the cost of a new unit. These guys are honest and do top notch work."
