My only complaint was that the appt time was changed 3 times before the final request from Shamrock, at 5:30 p.m., asking if we could be the first appt of the day, 9-10 a.m. They showed up at 2:30-3:00 p.m. I had to call Shamrock at noon to ask if we still had an appt. They replied now the previous job was not finished. Why would I get a call at 5:30 p.m. the day before to request if I could be the 1st appt of the day? Our afternoon plans were cancelled that day. I have no complaint of how job was completed but then I can't see the chimney cover being screwed in place. I guess I should have for a before & after picture."

He offered 2 scenarios of how the job could go, so there will be no surprises. The job is booked for this week, however, last week, all of the toilets in the house were backing up into the tubs! We called Herber (2nd time ever contacting) and a really nice guy came - I wasnt present - and resolved the clog. He cleaned any mess AND disinfected! He also took the time to open our cess pool valve to check its level and explain the system and how to care for it. Stand up company. The take pride in their work. I’ve been looking for a company to keep loyally. Really happy we found Herber. Reasonable prices. They’re worth it."
