Suggested to check the boiler chimney and cleaned that one also. Removed the damper which most other never do. Cleaned up and was done within an hour."

"Could not have been better. Bob the owner and his team could not have been nicer or more professional. They could have easily convinced me I needed a new unit for around $5,000 a $6,000. (Combo units are expensive). But they took the time to do research, contact the tech staff at the manufacturer, and fixed my unit as good as new with a simple valve replacement at a fraction of the cost of a new unit.
