The owner Rob responded immediately, secured area to prevent further damage to roof and deck, and provided an extremely fair, detailed estimate. He assured us that he would make himself available to insurance adjuster, and provide whatever was needed, to settle our claim. We were so impressed with him that we hired him on the spot. His crew was on the property that Monday, as promised. They were professional, friendly, & left property cleaner than they found it. "Could not have been better. Bob the owner and his team could not have been nicer or more professional. They could have easily convinced me I needed a new unit for around $5,000 a $6,000. (Combo units are expensive). But they took the time to do research, contact the tech staff at the manufacturer, and fixed my unit as good as new with a simple valve replacement at a fraction of the cost of a new unit. These guys are honest and do top notch work."
