"Bill is one gem of a person. He is prompt in returning your calls. He listens to what you need; takes time to explain things; never rushes; and never tries to sell you what you don't need. As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money! Or that cleaning of our hardwood will not get us much as it really needed a resanding. This is the second time we have hired Bill for carpet cleaning and I will definitely recommend him to any one without any reservations. "The technicians were very polite and courteous. They did put a lot of effort into the job but the results were a bit questionable. They tried to get out some stubborn carpet stains without success and if not for me standing around them to ask them to clean certain areas they would have been neglected. I was not by them when they cleaned my kitchen floor tile and as a result the area under my kitchen table was completely ignored after I had asked them repeatedly to move large light objects and they said they would. I am able to move the table by myself quite easily. The 2 techs would have had no problem moving this table to get the whole floor clean. As for the carpet stains they told that without knowing what caused the stains they would not know what chemicals to use to get the stains out. Overall, very nice people who gave me plenty of time but the results were not as I had hoped."

Major improvement in both, but the dark-stain spots in the rug now look worse after the cleaning, and there are white spots within the dark-stained areas that look like they could have been from the stain remover?? I am planning on contacting the company to ask about this. Otherwise, they were punctual and pretty quick. The guys who did the cleaning were very polite and professional."
