About us

Absolute Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning LLC. is an owner operated, IICRC Certified, Truck Mounted steam cleaning service for carpets, upholstery, tile, grout and more. The owner (Jeff) has 17 years experience in the industry and prides himself in always being extremely prompt and curteous. We use only the best cleaning system, the best detergents which are 100% safe for children and pets, all hypo allergenic and completely biodegradeable. These detergents used are fully extracted from your rugs and furniture ensuring the end product is 100% clean and sanitary every time. There is no over wetting and drying time is usually around 6 hours. There are never any pressure sales involved, just suggestions on what should be done. Finally, and most importantly, we do not leave until you are completely satisfied with the service provided. We never use any subcontractors to clean, we are certified by the IICRC so we will not void any warranties on rugs and promise to do the best job possible each and every time around.

Jeff was earlier than expected, which in my case worked out fine. He called before showing up and arrived ready to work. He explained in detail what he was going to do and than proceeded to get to work. He was done in about an hour and the carpets looked fantastic.

Jeffrey did an excellent job. I am in the process of selling my house and was planning on changing the carpet in the two bedrooms. The carpets came out beautifully and I did not have to spend several thousands dollars getting new ones. The price was very reasonable and I highly recommend him.

I sent him a request for an estimate on a Sunday and received a reply that afternoon. While the estimate was fair, it was more than the carpet was worth. But this is the kind of service that is worth sharing Too many times you are just ignored so its good to know someone who will treat you with courtesy and respect. When the time comes to clean one of our real carpets this will be the first provider i ask.

We are extremely happy with Absolute Carpet. One of the things we asked Jeff (a very nice and competent guy) to do was to wrap all three rugs carefully so they can be stored for a month or two in my daughter's garage while we look for an apartment (we are moving in May), so we haven't been able to look at the cleaned rugs yet. Jeff told us (and I am sure he did) that he washed them all twice using a gentle cleaner and rinsed them twice, and that he worked very carefully in the frayed areas. They are perfectly dry, and the packing job (in heavy paper) is excellent. Jeff came for the rugs and then delivered them back exactly when he said he would. As soon as we are able to unpack the rugs, I'll let you know how they look, but I have no doubts that he did a great job.

Jeff is the owner. He came right on time and did a fine job. We had some areas of carpeting and upholstery that were in desperate need of cleaning, and he cleaned everything thoroughly. Despite allergies in the family, we had no problem with the cleaning materials he used, and there was no cleaning smell after he finished. I do recommend him.

Jeff was great! He answered my inquiry call right away, he was available on the date I requested, he called the morning of to confirm and showed up right on time! He owns the company and does the work himself. He explained his technique and carpets were just as he has explained. He is polite and professional and even called the following day to make sure we were pleased. I am thrilled with his work and have already recommended him to someone else and plan on hiring him again to clean tiles in entry and kitchen. Prices were good. Highly Recommend!

I had called Jeff mid-week for an estimate and then called him back 30 minutes later to book an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Jeff called me on Saturday to confirm the appointment and said he was actually running a little early, so we moved up the appointment to 1pm. Jeff came in, had me show him which rooms were going to be cleaned and explained what he would be doing. My son and I were at the house and Jeff couldn't stress enough the safety we should use if we went from the carpeting to the tile floors, as to reduce slips and falls. He did the upstairs and worked his way down the stairs and then on to the living room. He asked that I check the bedrooms to make sure I was satisfied with the quality of his work and informed me that the "bumps" in the carpet would be reduced as the carpet dried. Before Jeff left, he suggested turning up the heat , turning on the ceiling fans and cracking a window in the bedrooms to help with drying the carpets and reducing the condensation that would appear on the windows. The carpets were dry by the following afternoon.
