"After getting several quotes, last year we hired GenReady to install a house generator. Ed, the owner of the company impressed us from the start. He was knowledgeable and patiently explained the process as well as answering our questions. We knew right away that GenReady was the company for us. Lindsay kept us up to date as we moved along in the process. Our generator was installed last July. Andrew and his team installed the generator with expertise and efficiency. They took care to leave our house and yard spotless. Lindsay and Andrew were always happy to answer my questions and address me concerns. We’ve needed the generator only once (thank goodness) when our power went out due to a necessary power line repair after a car crashed into a utility pole on our street. When the power went out, our generator turned on within seconds. Our house was up and running for the four hours the line repair took, and if it weren’t for the blink of lights, we never would have known our generator was running. Every other week, our generator self tests for a few minutes giving us peace mind that it will be here for us if and when we need it. Just like the generator, GenReady is a company that runs efficiently and seamlessly. Just today, Lindsay called to tell me someone would be coming tomorrow to change the oil which reminded me that I am long overdue in submitting this well deserved rave review. "Carlos was extremely attentive to what I needed for my closets and provided great recommendations as we were brainstorming different solutions for how to customize for my new condo. He was prompt in all of our correspondences and transparent about the entire process. I have a couple of oddly designed closet doors that we had to work around; but when the drawers I was hoping for weren't available, Carlos said that he would custom build to what I wanted! We hit a speedbump with me catching covid, but Carlos was very supportive and still came through to complete 2 out of the 3 closets I contracted him for while I stayed at the far opposite end of the condo. I was so grateful for the enthusiasm, professionalism, and straight up care Carlos and his partner put into this project. And I am LOVING the work that's been done so far! Can't wait to get better so that we could start back up on the master bedroom closet!"

"I just had my generator repaired by Jim Birch, owner of AC Performance Power. This is the company to use. He actually answers your texts, and He takes your call. He shows up when he tells you. Whether it's 6 am or 10 pm. He or one of his guys (blade the Man) will be there. Not only does he do the job, you know he does it right. It's the busiest season, so Jim and his team work long days to finish the job. I had a really difficult short in my generator, and in the end, Jim needed to field-fix my PC board. I am back up and running. 5 stars to Jim and his crew."

"I had a disappointing experience with Stone Electric. They charged $2400 via Zelle for AC installation. When the electrician finally showed up, they could have been more professional and seemed to need more skills to handle the job efficiently. They installed a drain pipe higher than needed so drainage didn't occur; they left the freon gas pipe leaking. There was a six-month warranty, and when I called them to fix it the next day of installation, they kept blaming the head of the unit rather than the installation, which went wrong. Their unhelpful response and refusal to take responsibility were disappointing. I called Diakin company, and they discovered the real problem. I have to pay an additional $1100 to another company to refix the mistake they made. The unit was leaking water and frozen gas the day they installed it. On the phone, Mark, the head project guy, was rude and refused to take responsibility. Instead of a check, they took money via Zelle. Be cautious."
