Exceptional work. 1. Fantastic customer service. Very communicative, professional, friendly 2. Mike, the technician, came first to review the space and returned to clean the carpet - living / dining room and 2 bedrooms. He, too, was professional and friendly. 3. My carpets were really (really) dirty. They are now spotless. Highly recommend All Access and will definitely hire them again.

Spectacular!! I From the work performed to all the employees involved. Mark who handled the scheduling to Mike and Shawn who did the carpet cleaning. These guys went the extra mile. My carpet is plush, expensive and a very light grey, so every stain could be seen easily. In addition, over the past twenty years no less than four felines have vomited on a sizeable portion of this rug. Well, ALL THOSE STAINS ARE NOW GONE!!!! My carpet has never looked better, THANK YOU!!!!

Michael was our technician and he was fantastic. So professional and so thorough. I've had my couches cleaned before, but nothing like this. Deep clean beyond and with two dogs he sanitized and made my house smell normal again with the urine treatment. So happy we found a company that was on point with cleaning and timing. When Lauro finished I told him there were still bumps and could he fix them and he told me they were swollen and would go down in 3 or 4 days. The swelling is still on the carpet in many places and we had an appointment for him to come back today Saturday as he was busy all week. He never showed up so I texted and called him and he said he was at another job. I then called Marc his boss at the company and he was sending someone else today by 2pm. No one showed up and I called him many times and he kept giving me excuses. I am very upset and very disappointed in Angie s list as I was referred highly to you by a friend. Also I had to pay by check as they don t take credit cards and they only have PayPal which I don t have. Normally I would have paid by credit card.

There was a leak in my apartment which soaked my carpets. They came by to check to make sure there was no water damage or staining. I asked them to quote carpet repair and cleaning. They did an excellent job replacing the fringe on the carpet and doing a thorough hand cleaning. They did a thorough inspection before returning the carpet and called to ask me if they could take a few extra days to clean a second time to meet their standards. Of course, I very happy agreed! The results were terrific! I was so happy that I decided to send them a second rug for cleaning. They have excellent client service and kept me informed at every step. They picked up and dropped off the rug and coordinated with my building super, so was very convenient. I strongly recommend this company! 👍

The All Access Carpet team provided excellent service and I was thrilled with the results. My pet had an accident on my oriental carpet and I was very concerned. They explained the process, reviewed photos and came to pick up the carpet the next day. A week later, my carpet was clean and returned. The on site and office team was very caring and professional.

I can not say enough about All Access. They provided a window of time, I received a call about an hour and a half before the expiration telling me they would be here soon and they showed up on time. The two gentlemen were friendly and very professional. They cleaned my 5-seater sofa and it looks like new today. I would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

Needed my wall to wall carpeting stretched as it had buckled in several areas. My wall to wall carpeting had buckled in several places. Kelvin arrived on time, and did a terrific job smoothing it out in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely use him again. They also do carpet cleaning, so I will be calling them in the near future. Thanks again Kelvin!
