We also complete interior work such as timber flooring ,tiling, drywall, cabinet installation, carpet installation and general carpentry. We are a small irish owned and operated company that take great pride in our work and our biggest goal is customer satisfaction.

They were clear about what they were going to do to transform our backyard space from an overgrown jungle to a cityscape oasis. "The installation of the system was wrong from the beginning. Watering from behind trees as Tony suggested left large swaths of the area dry. The inspection of the old system was erratic with calls for adjustment almost immediate. This is where it went downhill. Twice, Tony was a no-show for adjustments, no call to cancel, he just didn't show up. On the third appointment, he sent his brother who was extremely rude and obnoxious. Instead of listening, he immediately wanted to install a new sprinkler head...at my expense, after having already paid $1,800.00. I finally had to ask him to leave."

"My wife contracted with this company, so I was not sure about them at first. But my wife was right! She has a WeChat group and they were highly recommended by all of her friends and clients. Also, they work in all areas. They took just a few days to install the system and did a fantastic job! Kevin was knowledgeable and friendly. The system itself is working wonderfully! I am able to set the timers myself, or pause (in case I need to cut the grass, like today!) and it is so simple to do. The system also has a "weather report" rain delay, so while our neighbors systems are running in a rainstorm, ours is off and using Mother Nature! I would highly recommend K and S to anyone who needs a new sprinkler system and knows nothing about them! Also, the price was most reasonable!"
