"They wrapped the large items well, but they didn’t keep the shelves with the shelving unit. They didn’t keep the hangers with the clothes and they didn’t keep the electrical connections to any of the appliances. So it took much longer to unpack because nothing was together. It was all disorganized. I could tell this is going to be the case by the way the workers spoke about their job and passing the job off to strangers to then take care of my stuff. I also realize that after they moved all my stuff into one truck then they moved my stuff several times again to other trucks and “pass the buck” to different companies to move my things. leading to disorganization and frustration. Then they try to charge me $3000 more without my approval so I will be fighting that."

I inquired about this and my sales rep said this is usually for additional items not included in the quote, which makes sense. As I was packing I called Aaron to add things so there were no surprises at the cost of my move. The guys showed up on time and drove my furniture to my elderly parents' house in Delaware, where they kindly set up the bed at no extra charge. Aaron was wonderful and responsive the whole time. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend."
