Scaffolding , sub-contractor, compliance, permits, etc. In NYC permitting is one of the most difficult obstacles to navigate. Scott was in constant contact with all of my neighbors. He kept them informed and assuaged any concerns they had. He even paid for one tenant’s dry cleaning because their coats got dusty. I found Scott through one of my neighbors who has been using him for his brownstone for decades. I certainly intend to do the same."

"Excellent! Alta Renovations did my bathroom from the studs out. Tile, sheetrock, floor, vanity and the plumbing and towel hardware. The job was was in a co-op, with very frustrating "rules" and "requirements ". Most contractors would not want to participate (paperwork, time schedules and parking restrictions). Jose, the owner of Alta, abided by all the rules, whiles still keeping a smile!!! His workers worked neatly and orderly, knew exactly what had to be done, and did it. Very pleased.
