Scaffolding , sub-contractor, compliance, permits, etc. In NYC permitting is one of the most difficult obstacles to navigate. Scott was in constant contact with all of my neighbors. He kept them informed and assuaged any concerns they had. He even paid for one tenant’s dry cleaning because their coats got dusty.
