"Boris is one of those consummate professionals that you may be lucky enough to meet from time to time. His pricing for the services performed were quite fair. I had my laptop back in a couple of days and it is performing better than I had expected. I'm going to bring another laptop to him for upgrading as soon as my schedule allows."

"I have used Mike's Computer Repair for several years now, and have always been extremely satisfied. Mike is very trustworthy so I never have to worry about turning over "control" of my computer to him. I have called on Mike numerous times when I mess up something on the computer and he quickly takes care of my mistakes and doesn't act like I'm an idiot. I highly recommend using Mike."

"I highly recommend Vincent Troiano from Tech Specialist Solutions LLC. He is extremely knowledgeable in all things IT. Though my immediate issue seems to be hardware-related (which I will bring up with my laptop vendor support), Vincent was able to immediately provide a work-around enabling me to continue to use my laptop for my needs. Extremely responsive, personable, knowledgeable, and arrived at my house on the dot of the scheduled time. Not wanting to simply just drop off my computer loaded with personal and sensitive data with anyone, his in-home services are expert and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Vincent from Tech Specialist Solutions LLC."

"Seeing every desktop icon suddenly blinking was pretty alarming, especially since there was no obvious reason for it. I reached out to MicroSec because I was worried something bigger was going wrong with the computer. They took a look remotely, found the problem, and got the desktop behaving normally again. What stood out was how thorough they were instead of just applying a quick fix and moving on. Very reassuring experience, and the computer has been working great since."

"Gerry did a great job. He even met me for an hour after the repairs were done to go over what he did with my computer and then made himself available by phone a few days later for some fine tuning help I needed."

"This company is very amicable and kind. The tech showed professionalism and knowledge in repairing my computer. His explanation of what was done on the computer was easy for me to understand and I do not have a background with computers...overall this was a good experience."
