Robert came in and not only helped us understand what we could do now vs. later but also was truthful in where he thought we should spend the time and money. Not only did Robert provide stellar quality service, he explained what he was doing and how things (e.g., the boiler, the water spigot, etc.) worked so that we were knowledgeable about our home and can try and fix things ourselves as we move forward. While he was working, Robert would notice things here and there and would just help us to fix them or show us how to fix them. A few years into our homeownership, Robert came back and helped us with additional work around the house and when there was a subcontractor needed, brought in professional and knowledgeable people.
