Chelsea is a family owned and operated business and they were exceptional right from the start. Dominick Mupo and his son Louis came to perform the initial inspection and to discuss my project. Dominick provided a very detailed estimate in writing, which he reviewed with me line by line in person with full transparency. They may not be the least expensive but I got what I paid for; they did a superior job from big to fine details from start to finish. Working with Dominick, Louis, Michael, Manny and Carlos was an absolute pleasure.
