Deck construction and repairs (NOTE: Composite decks are nearly 40% more expensive than PT pine. Not only is the material more expensive, but the framing is more involved than a standard PT deck thus further increasing the cost). Laminate flooring. Hardwood floor repair. Drywall & taping. Minor plumbing and electric. Larger projects prefered.
