Tom called twice the same day of my request early in the morning. Before I had a chance to call him back, he was near my neighborhood and stopped by to see if I was home and still in need of his services which I really appreciated and had him do the work. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The float in our toilet stopped working and he had the part in his truck. Was done in less than an hour. Great guy. Highly recommend.
