We all know how challenging it is today to get great customer service...good to know that Ambrose Electric stills believes in that commitment. I was notified of the need for our annual service and it was performed without delay. Actually as we arrived home the tech was just finishing and took the time to tell as all was well with generator. So pleased we have the safety and security of our generator.

Called Mike Stein for annual service to My generator. Service was excellent as usual very good service always . Mike is great answers all my concerns. Great job!!!!

Excellent. Called Ambrose and left a message. Got a call back and service call was set up. Technician came and took care of the maintenance on our generac natural gas generator. Ambrose is very reliable. We have them come every fall.

From start to finish, Ambrose did a great job on this project. Their rep knew exactly what we needed and gave us a written estimate within 24 hours. As we needed the generator for a medical necessity, they made our install a priority. Their installers, Justin and Larry were prompt, polite and made sure everything worked well before the left. They even made sure not to track dirt through the house while they worked. They explained everything and answered all our questions. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The services were excellent being completed on-time with high-quality and on schedule. The generator was off-line for a minimal time and the yard was not disturbed in the least.

The technician was prompt and spent over an hour doing the maintenance and testing the generator, He was extremely professional and helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to other people. There was also a coupon online that gave me $25. dollars off.

Ambrose responded to our request for an estimate promptly with a competitive proposal, having helped us select an appropriate size generator for our needs. They were professional, congenial, prompt, efficient and neat in all their work. We were totally pleased with the whole experience.

Aside from minor hiccup with gas piping, partially due to installation done by propane dealer, it went very smoothly. They did return several days later to replace a 40 year old circuit breaker that wouldn't reset. No charge and it really wasn't their fault. Quite pleased.

Arrived on time and was friendly. Explaining and showed us what he was doing in simple terms so we could understand it.  Told us about what we needed to do in the future for maintenance, which I appreciated. Looked at and repaired some faulty wiring that I asked about while he was here (it wasn't what he came out for, so I appreciated him looking into it for me.) Very pleased with the service and I would highly recommend them.

We have been thinking about getting a generator for our home since we moved here seven years ago.  This year, we decided to pull the trigger.    Mike Stein did a great job reviewing the products and discussing installation.  Generators are not cheap and we also needed some electrical work done. 
The installation team was on-time and did everything very well.  We are extremely happy, even though we hope we never actually need to use the generator.
I would definitely recommend AMBROSE!

The guy they sent was late and rude. He and his company refused to do the work we asked him to do with no reason given-- wire the house for some solar panels.  We have an extensive amount of work that needs to be done in the house but we will be hiring someone else. NEVER AGAIN.

Except for a one day delay because of illness everything went just as planned right up till the final hookup to National Grids line from the power pole. Once completed turning the power on was a none event. Everything came back on fine and we have had 2 days of good power.

The salesman, Mike, visited our house to assess the situation and provide an estimate. He also provided pictures of similar jobs and their outcomes. The day the crew came to do the work they were prompt and friendly. The job was performed exactly as it had been described for the price we were quoted. We were very pleased with the customer service and finished product.

We have a Guardian Generac house generator and needed the annual service. They were very courteous on the phone and in person. We have had another company service the generator before and have had nothing but issues scheduling the service call. While here they answered all my questions and went above and beyond showing me what items typically fail and may need replacing in the future. I highly recommended them for generator and electrical repairs or installs.

Ambrose resolved the issue, charges were fair, especially due to having a weekend call.  We had used them in the past for routine generator service and to trouble shoot sudden loss of power in a portion of our home during a remodel.  Having used the same electrician(family member) in the capital region for 30 years, and now suddenly having to change left me feeling vulnerable.  The rapid response, fairness, quality and professionalism of Ambrose is a relief and I now consider Ambrose "My Electician".

I would tell others to absolutely contact them. I had another person come out and give me an estimate and he was a bit higher and a little vague on things. So I got another estimate and saw that Ambrose had a five star rating, so I went with that. They pointed out a few things that I didn't know were wrong that needed to be repaired, along with the installation. They walked me through everything, so I know exactly what's going to happen. I was pleased. Unfortunately, the one thing that happened is they had a backlog of generators, because everybody was ordering them. So I had to wait two weeks for them to install it. But that wasn't there problem; that was the manufacturer's problem.
