Farzad is able to look at a project and get it done quickly and efficiently. We had just moved into our house and needed some major work completed in the bathroom. Farzad was over that afternoon, assessed the repairs and was able to fit us in a few days later. His work was impeccable and his rates are fair. Since then we have asked him to complete more projects and they are always well done. On top of that, Farzad is a good person who is nice to be around.

Farzad did an incredible job with our home repair projects. He replaced our back door, installed a ventilation system for a bathroom fan, and built a closet for our primary bedroom. He completed all three projects in one week, and we're very happy with the results. Farzad is easy to work with, communicative, and efficient! We will definitely hire him again in the future.

Once again,, we hired Farzad to do painting in a bedroom in our home, & once again work was expertly done. Also, he installed a shed door for us; removing the old door, repairing wood that was in poor condition , as well as caulking & painting trim. All done promptly and efficiently at a fair price. Because of this we have him for anything & everything that needs repair ! We highly recommend his expert services!

Farzad built our sunroom from start to finish in the most amazing way. He organized all purchase of building materials, and then constructed a 16 x 14 three season room; complete with sheet rock, flooring, painting, all building materials including windows. The results have been incredible and we are enjoying our time out there immensely. We would hire him to do anything & everything! A master at his craft along with being an honorable person. I highly recommend his quality work!!

Farzad has done a lot of major and minor updates to my home such as installing bathroom fans, light fixtures, venting my microwave outside and installing flooring. He found solutions to my water problem and stopped my garage and basement from flooding when it rains. He does excellent work and shows up on time. I would highly recommend him.

Farzad is a jack of all trades. We had him working on everything from electric, to taking down beams, installing door jams/doors to painting the entire house. He also did tiling, installing lights and even fixed our dishwasher, just to scratch the surface. He was on time, communicative, professional and always a pleasure to have working our project. I've hired him since this project and will again.
