When the power went out, our generator turned on within seconds. Our house was up and running for the four hours the line repair took, and if it weren’t for the blink of lights, we never would have known our generator was running. Every other week, our generator self tests for a few minutes giving us peace mind that it will be here for us if and when we need it. Just like the generator, GenReady is a company that runs efficiently and seamlessly. Just today, Lindsay called to tell me someone would be coming tomorrow to change the oil which reminded me that I am long overdue in submitting this well deserved rave review. Very professional, on-time, and fair pricing estimates for electrical work I needed in my condo, including moving the position of a ceiling light and setting up two new sconces, both of which required patching up the drywall afterwards and they made it look seamless. "I used stone to upgrade the electric in my house and connect my hot tub and pool. The crew that came to my home were good... But if you have a question about something Sean is nowhere to be found. You have to go thru the secretary who is absolutely clueless to ask a question. The only time you see Sean is when he comes to your house for the estimate. After that he is unobtainable. When you call in the morning with a question your lucky if you get an answer by the end of the day or the next day. I found them to be overpriced, rude and even nasty at times. I would never use them again"
