Trouble from the very beginning. Contractor had no experience with the Riello burner including the proper calibration tools required by the manufacturer. Had to bring in a local oil supplier service provider (not mine) to calibrate the burner. System never worker correctly - all zones were heating when one called - In the end I had another plumber in - who showed me that Mr. Cole had installed the circulation pumps backward - had not installed air vents, low water cut off (both specified by the boiler manufacturer), had not installed flowwcheck valves and had not installed backflow preventers (required by connecticut law) and the circulators he did install were inadequate to get heat to the 2nd floor. Took 3 months of calls and threats to get him to correct, 1 year later I still do not have adequate circulator pumps, or low water cut-offs.
Description of Work: Remove old oil fired boiler - Install new boiler - also Install whole house instant hot water heater.
