He is onsite and manages all his subcontractors and expects a superior product which is what he delivered."

"I'm that person who has a general distrust of contractors due to a few truly terrible experiences. I blame myself for these bad experiences because I didn't vet the people I hired throughly enough. With the retaining wall bordering my driveway was collapsing and the driveway beginning to split, I knew this wasn't a project I could brush off, so I began an intense search for contractors. Using Angie, I found two contractors I liked for the job, but hired Hector Santucci because he presented a better plan for the restoration of that portion of the driveway that was going to be damaged while removing the old wall. Santucci Brothers has shown me there are good, professional, honest contractors out there, if you just take the time to find them. Hector Santucci and his crew were professional, polite and excellent at their jobs. These are some true craftsmen. Not only is my new wall massive, strong, built to last, but it's quite beautiful. In particular, while the mortar joints on the old wall, which was built by hacks, were three, sometimes as much as four inches wide, Hector's crew tightened everything up, fitting the stones together beautifully, even recessing the mortar on the face. When they were done, they cleaned everything up, power washed the driveway, and even planted new grass. Santucci Brothers stayed on estimate, stayed on schedule, and lived up to everything they had promised me. Communicating with them was easy and efficient."

"Lenny and team did a fantastic job on our kitchen (and entire first floor) remodel project. From first meet, to quick/fair quote (no haggling/negotiation necessary) to the endless patience he displayed as we debated endlessly about what style to go with and all the individual choices that go along with it. He came to the stores with us to talk through options and the pros and cons of the materials and was available anytime we wanted to chat. When it came to doing the work, it couldn't have gone smoother. Fast execution. High quality work. Daily clean up (zero mess in or outside the house during). When we didn't like some of the choices we made (paint, etc), Lenny made the changes with zero fuss. There are many examples throughout the project where the team went above and beyond and finished right on time. He’s aslo a carpenter, and designed a wall accent , that made our entire kitchen / dining area shine . Feels like a new house to us .
