"I had a bit of a rough start with my kitchen remodel. At first, there were some miscommunications regarding the design choices, and I didn’t feel like my ideas were being fully understood. However, after sitting down with the design team again and going over everything, they really took the time to make sure my vision was brought to life. The team offered me some alternatives to improve the layout, which worked wonders. The end result is amazing—the cabinets are solid, the design is functional, and my kitchen looks much more modern. "Excellent contractor. I asked Angela to do extensive work on my townhouse. All three bathrooms were gutted, with new tiles, new showers and bathtubs, new vanities, new toilets etc. Wall-to-wall carpeting was replaced with hard-wood floors. New ceiling lights were installed... the kitchen got new granite counter-tops and a new sink... etc... the whole place was re-done. Her guys did an excellent job, in a timely fashion. Angela kept me up-to-date on every step, and checked in with me on multiple questions/decisions. She's excellent - and truly cares about delivering a great result, that everyone is happy with. I've remodeled two places, and have seen a lot of remodelling that friends and relatives have done - she's really the best."

"I first hired Westbrook to remodel a bathroom for me in summer of 2019. It was a gut reno, the room was back to the studs. Dave's team was incredible, the work is absolutely beautiful. The team was easy to work with and cleaned up the site at the end of the day much better than previous contractors I worked with. Dave had great suggestions for how to make what I wanted to do work. When there were a few difficulties with the pieces I ordered, Dave worked with the bathroom supply company to resolve them. This year in October, we had a water leak in our front hall. I texted Dave in a panic at 6:30 in the morning and he walks me through what to do and had the plumber he works with in my house by 9am. (Don't text your contractor at 6:30, it's not nice, but Dave is an absolute hero). The remediation crew (NOT Westbrook) my insurance company sent to deal with removal of the water damaged material was not good. They knocked things down without asking questions. They damaged my marble floor and they destroyed a plaster arch that was original to my 1920s house. It's one thing to bring a contractor in to make an ugly part of your house pretty, but it's heartbreaking to bring in a crew to try to restore your destroyed home. Dave somehow managed to put everything to rights. There was fine carpentry work (a built in bench/radiator cover/storage piece that had been destroyed), plaster work (restoring the arch, fixing cracks in the plaster caused by water damage), and for the few things he didn't do, he knew someone (like a marble refinisher to restore the floors the remediation crew damaged). I also want to say that it's incredibly hard having someone work in your home during the pandemic but Gustavo was excellent. He followed COVID safety protocols completely. My hall looks even better than it did before the damage (and it had been newly done when the damage occurred). I honestly can't thank Westbrook enough for making this incredibly difficult process as painless as possible. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them unreservedly."

"Hector and his team did a great job from start to finish. Hector was very thorough with his design and walked us through every aspect to make sure his vision for the project aligned with ours. His team showed up daily and where polite and courteous. The work was completed exceptionally well. Hector even sent the team back over, free of charge, to fix up a couple of stones that were damaged over the winter. Overall, very pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend."

"Gustavo Lojano is the first person I reach out to when I have a project in mind. And after wrapping up on one project, I'm usually already planning what the next project he can help on is. That's how much I trust his work. Below are quick summaries for projects he's completed for me over the years. Bathroom Remodel - This was my first time hiring Gustavo, and thank God I did. I was completely able to rely on his experience and expertise. I could trust that everything being done was to code, which was very important to me since it's an old house. And to speak on his work ethic, he's a contractor that takes pride in his work and ensures that the best quality is put forth. He was on-site everyday to check in on his team and make sure everything was being done to his standard. (fyi, it was, the people he hires are also great) In the end, the bathroom turned out great.  Staircase Refinish - I hired Gustavo again to refinish the main staircase in our house because there was no way I'd let anyone else near the job. I only trusted him and his team to get the job done correctly. Despite it being a very tedious and time consuming project, his team did an amazon job, from sanding to staining, an A+ job. Washer/Dryer Install - I know when I have a project that involves multiple departments, Gustavo is the person to call. Since he takes so much pride in his work, he surrounds himself with and collaborates with people he trusts and who also do good work. For this install I needed a plumber and electrician, which he was easily able to provide and coordinate with. The project turned out great. He even saved me from making a mistake on a layout decision, proving once again how much I trust his experience and expertise. Kitchen Ceiling - One of the projects I unfortunately didn't have Gustavo on was my kitchen remodel, and to this day, I wish I had. One of the main eye sores our other contractor left us with was an issue with the ceiling. But Gustavo 1. noticed it right away, since any good contractor would have, and 2. was able to fix it easily and at a fair price. If this was Gustavo's kitchen remodel, he never would have allowed for an error like that to go uncorrected."
