"Had some very challenging problems in my home and he was able to assess them correctly and work with me in reaching a plan to my satisfaction. Blitz (Eric) is particularly skilled in plastering, caulking and painting and he encountered some very challenging crown molding issues. We discovered a serious issue which my engineer missed two years ago when I purchased this property and he corrected it, as additional work at a very reasonable rate of compensation. His thoroughness averted a potentially threatening fire hazard! His experience & techniques resulted in a more than satisfied customer."

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"We had terrible damages to our roof from the recent storm, and needed it repaired urgently. Ice dams also needed to be cleared off to prevent further leaking and damages.
