We hired an outside individual before hiring MX Remodeling. Back March 2024 this individual was hired by word of mouth. Project began with this individual started breaking down the bathroom but we notice something was wrong when this individual requested for us to pay for materials and disposal of garbage. This individual was unlicensed, wanted payments in advance and will come back every other day or week or month. This project shouldâ ve been 1 week completion turn out to be 5 months nightmare. We put too time and efforts on this individual to completed and payments were given. This individual turn off all communication and we were lost and we didnâ t know what to do next. We borrow the funds for project and stress level were very high for our family. By the grace of god we were recommended too a licensed company MX Remodeling. MX Remodeling came in took over the project within a week it was completed with great satisfaction.

Me and my wife as a first time homeowner, we did purchase a house upstate. We knew it needed lots of work to remodel to match our perfect home idea. We did meet with a few contractors and MX Remodeling company was one of them. After checking the reviews online we decided to meet. Mark (the owner) came to meet with us at our new place. What was different about him, is that he took the time to listen first about the ideas and the needs me and my wife had in mind, he took our idea and did bring it to another level without increasing our budget much. Very detailed, amazing work, great follow up through the work and after, always contacting, always explaining, always making sure we were super happy with the work that was being performed. After talking to different contractors, we knew he was the one from the beginning. It has been 7 month since we finished the first project, didnâ t want to rush putting this review out there since I wasnâ t sure if the company will just disappear after the job is done like most of them do, I will always use him and his company in the future for any needs, I will always make sure my friends and family use only MX Remodeling. This company and the team that represents MX Remodeling are the best.

They were professional, punctual, reliable, careful, had great work ethics, very helpful and accommodating! They did another deck on the block and when I asked for him to look at mine to estimate it he did right away and within 2 days he was on my deck to work ASAP and it came out great!!! I am very pleased with them!!! I would most definitely recommend them! I am already looking into another home project soon and would definitely use them again. Thank you again.

The folks at M. K. contractors, from the owner, Mark, to his partners and fellow workers, are professional, polite, civil, reliable, and talented at their respective jobs. They did a marvelous job replacing our deck and concrete, as well as some ancillary electrical work and the replacement of our fence . Further, they left the property as clean as it was before work began. I will recommend M. K. Contractors to anyone for any job without hesitation. I will eagerly use them again for any future jobs that may come up at my home. They do stupendous work!

They did a great job on my shower, the tiles and grout make it feel brand new and I am very happy with it. They would always show me and explain what they were doing so I never felt out of the loop. I would hire them again.

I recently moved to my new home and a friend of mine recommended MX. They did a great job at fixing and finishing my hardwood floors. In addition, they kept me informed of the progress of the project. I was able to see the project before they finished and after. Also, the workers are very professional. The work that Mark and his crew at MX did on our new deck was absolutely phenomenal! We could not be happoer with the investment we made. They paid attention to every detail of the project. They communicated during every setp of the way. I was very anxious when we began this project and was looking for a company that would work on the deck like if it was their own home, and that is exactly what they did. Our family could not be happier with the work they did. If I could give them more starts I would. We recently had family over to see the deck and they could not stop raving about how awesome it was. It was also done with a lot of thought on safey and secutiry. I highly recomment them for anyone looking to do work on their deck. Their work is amazing!

MX made sure I was happy throughout the whole process. They explained everything to me in detail, and made sure I understood what I should do to make my deck safe and secure. Julian was very personable and made the whose experience less nerve racking. I love my deck, they did real good work. I would definitely hire them again for future jobs.

MX was great! They were very professional and very accommodating to my needs. They were extremely mindful and respectful of my home and belongings and did a great job in clean up after the project was done. I was very comfortable with them and Xulijan was a pleasure to work with. Xulijan and his assistant were always on time and went above and beyond to deliver a great final product. They also color matched my walls and ceilings perfectly. MX did a great job for a reasonable price. Would definitely hire again and recommend to a friend.

Wood Stairs and Railings Installation and Replacement
My house is over 140 years old and I don't think the stairs to the basement were ever replaced. They were falling apart and dangerous. MX did a beautiful job with replacing the stairs and adding storage shelves under the stairs. Very easy to work with and mindful of my input. They worked hard and fast. Another bid said it would take 5 days. This would have been very difficult for me considering that I am up and down many multiple times a day. MX took only 2 days to complete the job. Absolutely wonderful work.
