He is deliberately avoiding all communication and refuses to answer calls, texts, or emails. He took my security deposit of $1900 and has basically disappeared with it. He is not just unprofessional, he is a THIEF and a ROBBER. I have proof of everything: the signed contract, the payments I made, and the endless attempts I’ve made to reach him while he ignores me. If anyone wants proof, I am more than willing to share it. This is not just a bad experience, it’s outright theft. If you value your money and your sanity, stay FAR AWAY from this contractor. Because of the risks to health and the potential for wastewater to run off into drinking water sources, it’s better to hire a pro to fix a saturated drain field than try to wait for it to dry out.
