"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The project went really well. The builder communicated clearly at each step of the way and was open to substitutions. We opted for a different brand of decking besides what they usually use and our requests were nicely accommodated. The workers came when they said they would and completed the project on-time and left our property as they found it. The porch and deck look awesome! "I found t&t on manta.Com I live out in western NY but Im in town visiting my mother and I noticed that her roof was in desperate need of fixing. She needed new shingle and there was a leak in the attic due to what needed to be replaced. I called Dave on Thursday and he came out that same day to take a look and gave me an estimate. I was satisfied with the estimate, thought it was more than fair especially since I just paid about 800 more at my own home for less work. we set it up on Thursday for today (saturday) He showed up this morning at 730 am which was perfect because at that time my mother was up trying to move boxes out of the attic on her own and he actually helped her out with that before he started working. I got over there about 10 and he was up there hard at work.He finished at about 2, which was also impressive because I thought he'd need a few days. But this guy was no joke, he worked straight through the entire time, no mess or nothing. He kept everything organized as far as debris and his materials. Overall, I'm completely satisfied with the way things went, and the price. But this next thing is the real reason I'm even writing this review. My mother also has a ramp in the back side of the house where the boards are uneven and i asked him if that was something he could take care of when he had time. He said yes and even though he had another estimate to go to, i told him he could do it another day, but he said he could have it done in an hour or 2 and didn't mind coming back and doing it today after his estimate. And best of all, he said hed take care of it at no charge since he didn't need any material, just needed to realign the boards. I tried to tell him to just relax for the day but he insisted that it was fine and he'd feel more comfortable knowing my mother would be able to safely use her ramp. I mean, he was a real stand up guy. Guys like that are far and few in between. I'd definitely say if you need something done, call him up because he's fair in price, timely and i think he genuinely wants to do good quality work for his customers.

"Amazing! Gino and staff were on time all the time. Their work ethic was wonderful. Gino was always on site when any work was done. There were no excuses, even when the gutter people cut one of the gutters 3 inches too short, Gino brought it to my attention, called the gutter folks in front of me, went himself and picked up a brand new gutter and had it installed all in less than 2 hours.
The 6 people he had on the job could not have been more courteous to both my wife and myself, any time they entered our home it was shoes off, yes Sir, no Sir, yes Ma'am. I know for sure that Gino had on his staff both his Mother and Father, and the three other men as mentioned above, just simply could not have been nicer.
I had requested specific materials be used and when they were delivered I was brought out to inspect and sure enough everything I wanted was there.
I saw that G+A has a B rating with Angies List, all I can say is, from my point of view, they are A+.
One final thought, we have recommeded G+A 5 times in the short time since they completed all our work, and I know they have booked my Son's home, are doing this very day a home of one of our Church Parishoners, and as soon as they finish that home they are moving across the street to his neighbor. Well done G+A, you quoted a price and stuck to it, did not try to pull the wool over our eyes at all, and have acted like ladies and gentlemen at all times. It was a pleasure doing business with your Company.
